Whilst working at Light House I noticed a gap in our marketing strategy and a need for a digital/ social media presence that went beyond our own website. My job role evolved from simple front of house duties to a marketing position which included developing and implementing our digital and social media marketing strategy.I used the web and aggregators to effectively promote Light House, and all the services it provides, and had in place a proposal on how they could further improve their use of digital technologies.I was responsible for the marketing of Light House through the effective management of on-line profiles by sourcing, producing and publishing content for, and from, the community and encouraging conversation and interaction via our digital/social media profiles.
