• Technology Training: Rolled out new fleet logistics software and mobile app technology for an oil and gas company in three US markets. Taught 275 people, from regional site managers to front-line truck drivers, how to use the new technology, contributing to 100 percent user adoption and more efficient communication between dispatch, drivers, and field operators. • Facilitated Train the Trainer to prepare peer facilitators to roll out the training in additional markets.

• Promoted to manager with responsibilities to lead the talent management function including learning and development, organizational development, change management, leadership pipeline, and talent acquisition. Ensured the Talent Development team’s results were aligned to business strategy goals.• Designed new process implementation standard for multi-state workforce requiring partnership with L&D headquarters team and adoption of change management principles. As a result, process owners felt more supported, management was aware of new processes before implementation, and Toco’s Colorado leadership team transitioned from a stance of resisting to embracing new operational processes.• Designed leadership development program aligned to Toco’s vision and values. Conducted the needs analysis, designed the leadership training roadmap, developed the curriculum, and facilitated the program. Taught front-line employees to directors to lead in the Toco Way. The program contributed to a zero percent turnover rate.• Oversaw the development of Toco’s Interview Program, which increased the hiring of successful sales employees by 27 percent. Executed the recruiting strategy for the Colorado office. Hired 72 professionals in 18 months to support Toco’s lead acquisition business strategy, resulting in increased revenue of $38 million.

• AMCI Global is an automotive consulting company and vendor of Nissan North America.• Created the instructional materials, facilitator guides, and participant workbooks to teach 1,400 Nissan Owner Loyalty Managers how the customer experience leads to greater dealership profitability and customer advocacy.

• Vocado is a financial aid software company acquired by Oracle in 2018.• Led the product design, implementation, and testing of the Federal Student Aid loans packing process automation. Led eight software engineers through the agile development process to ensure product met client specifications. Resulted in reduced headcount, fewer questions from students, improved understanding of process, and increased efficiency.

• Member of the associate development program with rotations in Legacy Asset Servicing, and Consumer Compliance.• Conducted an assessment of recent college graduate new hires that led to creating an onboarding enrichment program. Elements included an executive speaker series, and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing. Piloted the program in Los Angeles and expanded the program to three additional markets. Over 100 program participants in eight rotation programs completed the series. Decreased attrition by 25 percent. Received the Bank of America Silver Global Recognition Award (awarded to exceptional leaders out of more than 100 nominations).
