I am a community leader who enjoys assisting other community members by focusing an exemplary delivery of essential objectives. For 17 years I have educated people in public school, in workshops, round table & panel discussions.I middle school is where I have the bulk of my experience. I motivate and influence over 130 students, 50 adults through direct teach, mentorship or socratic style discussions. Some of the details of work I have had the pleasure of collaborating with others are as follows:*Coordinate instructional design for projects from idea generation to exemplary delivery and assessment to ensure an effective learning experience for stakeholders. * Develop reports and projections of performance and goal attainment based on pre-assessment data.* Develop effective course content by reviewing training materials and other data. * Develop learning rubrics for purpose of assessing knowledge proficiency or mastery.* Communicate opportunities for growth and celebrate successes.
