University graduate with a Bachelor of Marketing degree and Diploma in Sport and Recreation Management. Previously employed by Westfield Limited, with multiple positions across both the Administration and Casual Leasing departments. After a change in lifestyle and moving back to my sporting roots, I am currently running Bunnerong Gymnastics centre in Matraville. As the head of the company, my role requires me to recruit, train and manage a staff base of 40 employees, as well as managing the overall operations of the gym. This includes continually developing the gym structure, class schedules, lesson formats and coach rosters to ensure our gymnastics programs meet the needs of our 1,000+ members. I also hold the responsibility of ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, P & L accountability, maintaining customer service standards, undertaking administrative tasks, marketing the business and dealing with enquiries, complaints and emergencies.
