My role at Dine Brands consisted of assisting guests via phone and email whiletranscribing conversation and logging concerns via the customer relationshipmanagement software Astute Agent. This was a hybrid remote position.

This position consisted of assisting customers both in store and over the phone. I resolved any problems or questions they have concerning rentals, financial aid availability, and general bookstore policies by supplying them the required information or redirecting them to the correct source. Data entry was also provided as needed.

My position at Akin’s was originally as a cashier. I later transferred to a sales position, and my duties involved working with a customer’s individual needs to provide them with their needed or recommended products.

At Vince and Associates (now AltaSciences) my job was to administer digital tests to drug trial volunteers.

At Savers my duty was to interact with and help customers, check out items, and maintain store cleanliness. I gained valuable experience working there, as it was my first paid job.
