Managing internal (Bridge) & external (Totara) LMSs, with a focus on user experience, content consistency, project and content enablement, reporting and documentation.Achievements include:- Driving consistency with internal- & external-content-writing teams including implementing a new pre-release review process before content is released to consumers. This included a review of content by myself and a teammate to test interactive content & review English. A second, rolling, review process was also created for regular content currency checks.- Working with our external-content-writing team, designer, copywriter & external vendor to create a new and improved customer experience, including needs-analysis, requirement scoping, regular updates and demos with stakeholders, extensive testing, customer feedback reviews, and implementation.- Working with data teams and external vendors to automate raw data transfers from internal and external LMSs into Snowflake, and from Snowflake into meaningful PowerBI dashboards to provide up-to-date automated stakeholder insights. Frequent manual and scheduled automated reporting also completed as required by management, along with insights into their meaning to assist understanding.- Working with our external-content-writing team to update the external enterprise customer certifications with significant changes in how they work for our customers & transfer of certified learner status.- Extensive & detailed documentation of processes in both LMSs, Snowflake & PowerBI, Asana, Typeform, Credly, and other tools used by the team, stored in Confluence.- Input into over 20 videos for staff- and customer-facing content, including scripts (written and edited), voiceover recording & editing (using Audacity), and face-to-video filming with internal and external videographers.
