I’m driven by getting results. Give me a process or a problem that needs work and I’m all over it, looking at it from different angles, trying to streamline and make it more effective. Project management is a strength for me, I’m organized and a born planner. I'm extremely passionate about doing the best job no matter what the circumstances are. This mindset has led me to be very creative and resourceful in my approach to reach the goal. I thrive in an inclusive and collaborative environment. I’m completely energized when I can gain different perspectives and ideas. I value dynamic teams and enjoy harnessing the skills that each team member brings to the table. There’s nothing more rewarding than empowering people to tap into their own capabilities and strengths as well supporting them to face challenges head on.My energy extends into my personal life as well – I like spending time with my family and friends, playing sports, volunteering and filling my time with fun. I love to coordinate events and help other people. It's very rewarding when I can make impactful connections with people and create positive experiences.I’ve made many rewarding connections through a local professional networking event that I previously organized and have served on two separate boards for local non-profits, Lupus Foundation of America DC/MD/VA and most recently the Amystrong Foundation.
