With nearly a decade of experience at Mozilla, I am a senior program manager who manages the team planning, development, and implementation of the Mozilla Festival (MozFest), a global event that celebrates and advances the open internet movement. I provide leadership and facilitation support across all MozFest activities, and coordinate with key stakeholders across the organization to leverage the festival as a platform for their work. Before joining Mozilla, I was an academic librarian with a focus on library assessment, event planning, project management, open science, and research data management services. I have a Masters in Library & Information Science from the University of Washington, and several certifications in web technology, research data management, and team conflict management. I am passionate about building and empowering a diverse and inclusive community of researchers, developers, and civil society actors who share Mozilla's mission to ensure the internet is a global public resource, open and accessible to all.
