• Position 1: HR Partner -GTSReport to: GTS HRP leader
• Understand business strategy and partner with business unit by developing/ implementing HR programs. (Business Unit: Strategy Outsourcing Delivery/ Employee covered: 2500+).
• Work closely with Learning team, BTL team and Talent team to implement talent development programs for leadership pipeline at company level
• Implement the C&B programs including retention program, award program, cascade promotion program
• Design and lead the talent develop program for leadership team at BU level
• Track and monitor the overall HR Metrix to address business issues by utilizing analytical skills to develop fact-based recommendations including hiring/ retention/ learning/ compensation &benefit/ employee relationship.

Shenzhen

• Responsible for Shenzhen and Suzhou sites overall hiring activities including following scopes:
• Make fall plan and recruitment strategy to sustain IBM GTS SOD business growth in China.
• Lead delivery team to achieve hiring plan with yearly hiring # 500+ including new project engagement, efficient channel selection, sourcing and interviewing, offering and on-boarding, etc.
• Engage in project discussion to pro-actively provide labor market updates to business/project team so as to refine the people acquisition strategy.
• Process management and enhancement including recruitment process compliance, reporting integration and harmonization, on-boarding process improvement by conjunction with HR function team.
• Member of GTS global recruitment account team to understand GTS global recruitment program, and implement the recruitment initiatives including CAT testing and BTC, etc.

Guangzhou

• Responsibilities:
• Mainly Responsible business development and talent acquisition Achievements:
• HR Manager, Six-Sigma Black Belt, Site Erection Service Manager, Material Manager, etc.
• Rated as Top 3 Supplier by Flextronis Zhuhai/DUPONT Shenzhen.

Shenzhen

• Responsibilities:Responsible for in recruitment, Employee Relationship, Learning & Development, and the new site setup owner, scopes mainly covers: Recruitment:
• Assist HR Manager to make the annual manpower planning.
• Responsible for the hiring activities including experienced hire and campus hire.
• Recruitment channel analysis so as to select the best channel for the effective recruitment.Employee Relationship:
• Deal with employee conflicts, resolve employee complaints and labor disputes;
