This included supporting the development programs within the projects. I have worked with managers and support staff to set and achieve the projects goals. This has included the staff structure, financial stability and work programs. As a direct result of coaching and mentoring staff I have increased their outcomes of success. The profit margin has increased by 30%. The turnover of staff is lower. The projects staff are not going off sick. 2004-2007 Ovis Farm ExmoorProject Manager To project manage a 120-acre farm that provided work programs to homeless men. To develop projects, oversee and budget finance, oversee and develop staff by providing supervision and training. I restored a grade 2 listed building and converted it into offices for the project. achieved a training room for the staff and workers. Helped several residents to move on into jobs and become full members of society. Increased the finance by 40%.
