Mammt is a food tech startup which provides lunch to customers relying on local restaurants, with the aim of delivering warm and healthy dishes, in requested and precise time slots with a surprise meal choosing according customer preferences. As Head of operations I'm in charge of coordinating and aligning the daily activities to the long term strategic goals, from partnerships with restaurants and logistic companies to final customer assistance. As well, teaming up with the city managers, I monitor daily performances and define plans for improving service quality and profitability.

- Coordinate interfunctional and international teams from design to industrialization of drive units and power transmissions for Mercedes programs, managing project budget and timing.- Conduct the project evolution as main interface for the customer and for internal stakeholders.- Monthly report the program overall status and criticalities following APQP standards and Stage Gate procedures.

- Coordinate the implementation of assembly lines and stamping tools to deliver automotive chassis sub-groups for FCA programs under the supervision of the Regional Program Management responsible.- Follow the industrialization of the products involving different plants and integrating world wide suppliers.- Conduct the project evolution as main interface for the customer and suppliers with the support of the main company functions.- Monthly report the program overall status and criticalities by means of APQP standards to the GM and C-level management.- Update and track the program business case and profitability

- Manage product grids of Doblò and Fiorino.- Define new product contents and facelift according to market tests.- Investigate optionals introduction and product variations according to market analysis, feasibility and costs interfacing with marketing, engineering and finance- Investigate cost reduction possibilities and represent the final customer during Platform weekly meetings.
