CurrentCurrently managing 5 territory managers with a total of 2500 accounts partnering with chain and independent account key decision makers. Working strategically and cross functionally with the key account team and distributor team to create go-to- market strategies. Achieved assigned quantitative and qualitative key performance indicators for overall division product volume and points of distribution growth. Key Contributions:• Created individual development plans for each territory manager reporting to me consisting of company, personal, and professional goals.• Grew southern Florida independent accounts volume by 27% year over year. (Independent accounts make up 49% of the total south Florida division volume between independent and chain accounts.• Grew southern Florida chain accounts volume by 10% year over year. (Created volume driving activities to grow the number 1 chain partner accounts volume by 45% year over year which contributed to overall division chain account volume growth of 10%. Worked with Key Account Managers to negotiate strategic force outs for proper inventory build-to-stock levels)• Grew total points of distribution year over year from 72% to 80% between chain and independent universe. Utilized trading area data and loss gross profit opportunity data to increase points of distribution.• Implemented 80/20 business analysis strategy for the entire southeast region. This strategy consisted of figuring out total EQ volume for chains and independent account segments separately and then calculating how many accounts represent the top 50% of the volume. The southeast region calculation average out of every 2500 accounts that a division manage is responsible for on average about 600 accounts represented 50% of the volume.• Create a workflow strategy to import/merge tableau data into salesforce for accurate store locations for routing and salesforce layer creation.
