This was my second tax Season working with Liberty Tax. I Learned to be flexible with my schedule to meet the demands of work while maintaining hobbies and other responsibilities. Detailed rules and regulations required deep thought behind each tax return and the individual situations regarding the individual tax payers. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere was required to engaged in conversation while meeting the needs of clients to create a relationship resulting in return clientele.

As a laborer I also became an apprentice, learning new concepts and things about Hydronics, Plumbing, and HVAC. I took two years away from the company to serving a mission for my church. Once I returned I continued practicing patience in learning new things and thinking beyond common sense. I had to follow directions and problem solve when obstacles prevented original plans. I also had the opportunity to see a bit of how a company is ran and ways to improve productivity.
