- Responsible for establishing and driving efficient cooperation with teams in T&I and cross divisional.- Administrating the portfolio of T&I division; ensuring owners are providing updates, addressing risks and dependencies.- Coordinating the resolution of possible showstoppers, bottle necks, risks, pending actions, etc… within and outside of T&I.- Alignments with CTIO and Department’s Director on projects of high importance and assurance of delivery. Creation of consolidated, holistic view and reporting on portfolio projects in transparent way. Assistance with portfolio project’s KPIs setups and creation of KPI progress / achievement reports. - Resource planning view for T&I - ensure that resources are managed efficiently and effectively to optimise use of resources to achieve performance targets and minimise overtime spend. - T&I Business Demand planning – Review and approval of incoming T&I tickets for Business Analysis and their prioritization with process defined by Business Design team. Alignment sessions with all T&I departments on the progress and prioritization of tickets raised to Development team with cooperation and agreement with other HO Division on weekly basis.- Leadership - Contribute to the development and overall execution of the business ITNO strategy. Work collectively with ITNO management to ensure departmental objectives & KPI's are achieved.) Mentor and train the team on all relevant technical analysis and soft skills, ensuring that the team stays on top of the task. Report on the team KPI’s.
