• Meeting deadlines and pressures – to get quotes out to customers within SLA
• Responsible for all Licensing quotes, Licensing reporting for customers etc
• Supporting the National Software Licensing Team
• Supporting licensing customers responding to their questions / issues
• Overseeing administrative responsibilities with Licensing orders and the order/shipment of Licensing products

Roles:Management of inbound telephone calls and email quotation requestsKnowledge of software volume licensing, products and programs for vendors such as Microsoft, VMware, Symantec, McAfee, Trend Micro, CA, SAP, Adobe, Corel, Roxio, Redhat, Platespin.Research into complex licensing queries Liaising with VendorsFollow up of customer quotes and work towards.

Cross trained agent for Microsoft Technical Support(MTS) and the Sales and Information Centre(SIC) teams. Mainly within the SIC team focussing on production information, licensing of products and pre-sales technical questions. Also handling technical support calls, providing first level technical support on Microsoft products.

As a Hewlett Packard Technical Support agent my primary responsibility is to provide telephone support for specific HP models. As a technical support representative our main objective is to troubleshoot the customer’s problems, resolve software enquiries and logs service requests for hardware repairs with the repair partner.
