•Responsible for supervisory oversight and management of over 90 technical personnel with skills in water and wastewater treatment, transportation, water resources, natural resources, GIS, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering, landscape architecture, and planning. Member of operations team leading company budgeting, strategic planning, goal development, and revenue enhancement objectives.•Responsible for initializing and implementing the processes and procedures by which company operations are performed at this $52-million, multi-discipline engineering and architecture firm. Specifically addressed the methodology by which project deliverables are developed and managed in support of the company’s primary business lines and establishment of project management practices firm-wide. Developed and presented internal project management training programs and established baseline expectations for measuring project manager performance.•Led the firm’s merger and integration efforts after acquisition of an 80-person environmental firm that resided in 4 states with 10 offices. Efforts included due diligence identification and oversight, cultural integration, obstacle identification, and coordination of merger efforts related to human resources, marketing/branding, and operations.•Led the firm’s entry into the design-build marketplace. Developed business relationships with various contractors and coordinated design team interaction and work among the project team, including professionals, contractors, and owners, to successfully complete these fast-paced, complex projects. Led the firm’s participation on design-build projects valued in excess of $150M.•Developed a new service line for the firm, offering full service post-bid construction services for the firm’s Building Group.•Responsible for ensuring the timely delivery and production of high quality construction documents on design projects while coordinating multi-discipline teams as a senior PM.
