I've been blessed to work in the medical device industry for over 25 years. Spending the last 15+ years in management has afforded me the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the brightest and fiercest professionals in sales. As one of my long term mentors (Jack Carlson) advised me long ago- "it's all about the people." I love the opportunity to cast a vision for an organization or team- and then work alongside those team members to accomplish the goals set before us. As Zig Ziglar so effectively stated, "you can have everything you want in life, if you'll just help enough other people get what they want!"
