Maritime Executive Solutions was developed to teach realistic Maritime Security Firearms Training for maritime security liaison officers (MSLO's) in the industry. Steve was the manager in charge of compliance and standards. He co developed and implemented the training program for the MES Maritime Security Liaison Officer firearms training course.

Security Officer for Private Motor Yachts Battered Bull/Bullish since 1995 until April 2012. Responsible for the security of the vessels, the owners and guests. From 1999, in addition to his security duties, took over the dive operations for both yachts and held the Dive Officer position. His time onboard included two and a half times circumnavigation of the world in (HRA) high risk areas. He employed armed security officers to make up the security team compliment for these areas. He implemented the RUF currently advised by BIMCO for PMSC. He ran all diving operations for the owner, his family and guests in numerous remote locations around the globe.
