• Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling and distributing materials, equipment, machinery and supplies.• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.• Confer onsite with potential customers and asses their needs, prepare and deliver written estimates, finalize sale and follow up with customer after installation of new equipment. • Analyze sales profit and loss and adjust sales and or installation procedures as needed to maintain and increase company profitability.

• Confer and train sales staff on equipment and installation needs to increase overall company profitability.• Assist sales staff by engineering and designing systems to meet customers’ needs while maintaining job profitability.• Operate specialized software to program equipment installed by installation technicians.• Design, build, service and configure computer network servers used for video surveillance and access control systems, including Windows and Windows Server OS.• Engineer and program and trouble shoot WAN/LAN networks for security systems including but not limited to, Wi-Fi, Vlan, DDNS services, port forwarding, point to point and radio and Wi-Fi bridges.• Telephone support for customers and Technicians for Windows issues, Security Software, programming and computer/security devices and hardware.

• Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors.• Direct the hiring, training and performance evaluations of Installation staff and oversee their daily activities.• Prepare billing and partial billing, verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors.• Create and maintain installation schedule adjust accordingly while maintaining timeline.• Prepare and process purchase orders for installations and service departments. • Receive and catalog all equipment received into inventory. • Confer with contractors and subcontractors to resolve any issues during installation and maintain and or adjust timelines as needed for project completions.• Analyze sales profit and loss and adjust sales and or installation procedures as needed to maintain and increase company profitability• Telephone support for customers and Technicians for Windows issues, Security Software, programming and computer/security devices and hardware.• Maintain monthly production quotas for installations department and oversee service department to assure their quotas are maintained. • Confer and train sales staff on equipment and installation needs to increase overall company profitability.• Assist sales staff by engineering and designing systems to meet customers’ needs while maintaining job profitability.
