• Manage group of S/R technicians responsible for international and domestic shipping, receiving, storage, and other site logistics operations • Oversee daily requirements of shipping to meet order dates and receiving inbound materials • Ensure timely and accurate completion of import and export filings, customs transactions, and any other activities needed to ensure effective international shipping • Monitor GHS labeling requirements and product labels to ensure regulatory compliance • Train job functions of S/R personnel by SOP and specifications • Monitor accuracy of shipping, lead time, weight, product classifications, and other ERP master data to ensure effective operations • Coordinate calibration schedule of warehouse equipment with applicable vendors and or maintenance department • Update and maintain standard operation procedures for site logistics • Investigate root causes on issues with shipping/receiving, product damage, and carrier issues • Monitor and respond to production or lab issues impacting on time shipping • Lead team in daily production requirements of canister packaging products • Update and maintain standard operating procedures for canister operations • Oversee the training of new and existing personnel on production systems and functional cross-training by standard operating procedures and specifications • Oversee supply of valves and other supplies to support Canister operations • Plan Canister operations and fleets based on forecasts from Product Managements • Collaborate with Production Manager on setting priorities for canister flow through production and processing departments • Work with Engineering to investigate contamination root causes and QIR issues • Monitor new qualifications of canisters, production systems (leak detectors & ovens) and maintenance activities as applicable with Plant Engineer and/or Maintenance Manager prior to start up and operations

• Direct representative of Quality Assurance ensuring 100% accuracy on over 500 assets. • Supervise and inspect all maintenance actions to ensure zero discrepancies on over 5 million dollars’ worth of assets. • Enforce all written and verbal written safety regulations set by organization to ensure zero discrepancies on all annual inspections. • Supervised on site all shift operations as required by organization. • Awarded Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal as a result of technical expertise in ASU plant troubleshooting and repair. • Continually adjust to ensure processes are being performed to reduce all waste. • Establish database to track 300 assets in support of 7 separate exercises covering 4 different countries.• Strong understanding of process safety, OSHA, EPA, and state requirements; developed and conducted safety meetings.• Inventory all tools ensuring 100% accountability on a daily basis resulting in zero lost or broken assets.• Led maintenance repairs on generating plants, storage tanks, servicing units, vaporizing equipment, vacuum pumps, and tank purging units • Complied with all periodic maintenance schedules resulting in less downtime of assets.• Experience in cold box entry, troubleshoot, and repair.• Trained and supervised all employees on fundamentals of cryogenic liquids and gases to include operation, troubleshoot, and repair of production, storage and servicing equipment.• Managed all internal and external audits.• Supervised all maintenance logs and records to ensure accurate documentation.• Complied with all technical manuals and publications within the organization.• Ensured all periodic maintenance and repair actions were completed on time and in accordance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and work instructions.
