After a long and successful career in Information Technology (33 years), I’ve shifted to a full-time focus on addiction and recovery where I work as a researcher and recovery coach. I hold Certified and Master Certified coaching accreditations from the Life Coach Institute, and a Recovery Coach accreditation from the Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR). In 2024, I graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and now work on developing addiction models and recovery capital as part of a thesis for master’s-level work in Positive Psychology.Looking ahead, my focus is on creating impactful content and developing innovative tools that empower people to rewrite their stories and reshape their lives.
