Prior to joining Goodwill Southern California, I held executive management positions in several retail environments, including a period of time in the wholesale toy business with responsibilities of general management, sales, marketing, safety, and purchasing. My experience has included national, regional and district multi-unit operations, as well as the opening of new-stores for both national and international locations. I've coordinated and attended numerous tradeshows as a vendor or attendee. I understand the importance of time in the field and communication in supporting a team or focusing on customers. My career has provided me the opportunity to work in culturally diverse workplaces, including both union and non-union.
