I began my career in the Drilling Fluids, Work-Over, and Completion Fluid market in 2005 after graduating from Colorado Technical University where I earned a BS in Business Management. I am a proud fourth generation Oil and Gas professional located here in Snyder TX. After graduation, I started with Baroid, and worked with them until 2007. I chose to move out to a privately held company called Venture Mud LLC located in Midland TX. At Venture, I helped move the company from a, “vertical drilling” market share, to the growing horizontal market. Furthermore, I brought with me, an extensive knowledge of Invert Fluid’s. In July 2013 Venture Mud sold to Canadian Energy Services. CES’s US based company is AES Drilling fluids. I served as Vice President of Operations for the Permian Division until July of 2015, at which time, I took over as Division Manager. I left AES Drilling Fluids in January 2016 to run a water treatment facility I own located at Lake Alan Henry. This facility services 142 homes, in two gated communities on the lake. From 2018 until 2023 I provided Drilling Fluid Technical Consulting Services to Operators, and as needed, to independent Drilling Fluids Companies in the Permian Basin AOO. I presently hold an Operations and Technical Sales position with Relevant Drilling Fluids here in Midland TX. In conclusion, I possess extensive experience in subordinate motivation, counseling, communication, and leadership, with a demonstrated ability to manage and lead multiple objective locations and facilities. Furthermore, I have demonstrated experience in, Project Management, Operations Management, Sales/Business Development and HR leadership.
