With over 20 years of all facets of Real Estate Facilities Management and Outsourced Services Sourcing experience. He has proven success collaborating with other platforms in Sustainability, Finance, Engineering, Sourcing, Project Management, and Business Intelligence. He is able to influence and ensure the Client's needs are met. Expertise, execution, and relationship development a key to Steve’s successful Client partnership, becoming a trusted advisor, and building a top-performing team. Extensive experience with Transitions from Corporate Splits and vendor transitions on both sides as client and partner. Additionally, his passion for Sustainability and nature led him to conceive and lead two USGBC SITES Certification projects in Idaho and Oregon. Ultimately he was invited to speak at a USGBC World Conference to discuss his Idaho project that converted a 200-acre campus from turf to xeric native grasses reducing emissions by 90%, maintenance costs by 50%, and eliminated water consumption by nearly 83K cubic meters a year – the equivalent of an Olympic swimming pool worth of water a week. Steve spent 14 years working on the client side negotiating contracts for outsourced services and managing a team of senior negotiators before moving over to the Corporate Real Estate and Workplace services space as a Regional Delivery Manager for HP in their Corporate Real Estate Organization. In 2018 he joined JLL as a Regional Facility Manager supporting the HP account before launching the first wave of the first-gen account with the Church in 2019.
