Responsible for fire, health and safety, facilities , security food safety, legal and compliance, supply chain management, stock holding and cataloguing, IT maintenance and security systems, store operational costs including shrinkage and till loss across the region. Ensure business units hit KPI's through knowledge, integrity and service.

Responsible for 200+ UK and International, multi contract and approver level, key accounts.Chasing payment by telephone, letter, fax and email. Resolving complaints, disputes and queries for suppliers and customers. Analysing debtor’s reports. Supplying statements, PODs, copy documentation. Building an effective working relationship with customers and the sales team, to facilitate the resolution of issues utilising customer and sales team conference calls, meetings and customer visits. Administrating the customer contact and company details. Working to strict daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s related to a bonus scheme. Tracing absconders, negotiating settlement plans and advising legal services on non payers.

Responsible for purchasing costs, and facilities, IT, incoming/outgoing goods and loading bay, equipment maintenance and ordering, manage stock holding and secure areas, customer and delivery parking,Chasing overdue hire and purchase debt. Act as the point of contact on high revenue accounts. Recover BBC costumes and wigs from productions or negotiate replacement stock or revenue. Building relationships with both internal and external production clients. To initiate invoicing for lost, damaged or non-returned hired items. To analyse and facilitate an agreement on any supply discrepancies between the BBC and the customer. Manage customer contact and company details. Initiate credit checks on new customers.Manage operations, debt recovery and admin teams including holiday, absence and disciplinary issues, development and appraisals. Ensure department customer service is of the highest standard.
