I have managed staff and have been responsible for implementing various policy and procedures in line with current legislation.I am used work with a small team of highly skilled detectives involved in the investigation, risk management & monitoring of high-risk offenders in the community. I was Involved in the comprehensive management of databases creating bespoke risk assessments. I am fully competent in using various Microsoft programs and confidential computer software. I am adept in personally liaising with external stakeholders and partners within a multi-agency environment. I am used to working in a public facing role working with members of the community and providing Public Protection. I Undertook Voluntary work as a trainer on the Police Cadets scheme, helping young people achieve various skills and abilities.I have worked in a warehouse environment being responsible of high value stock and making sure correct inventory was completed and accurate , introducing safe workplaces and environments for colleagues.I also worked for Forestry England and John Lewis both roles where forward-facing roles providing first point of contact for advice and assistance , dealing with customers issues a complaints. Working with the other onsite stakeholders to help drive development and engagement. Completing regular safety inspections and develop new working practices.
