With a current role in Curriculum, Teaching & Learning leadership in EQ, I have a broad-ranging background in education. From classroom teaching experience across Primary year levels, to middle leadership and senior leadership, I have made intentional decisions to stay closely connected to the core business of classroom education - teaching and learning. With a particular passion for early years literacy (including Science of Reading) and active engagement in understanding of the Science of Learning, I seek to continue keeping connected to both theory and practice. I look to work to ensure that through strong foundations we can allow application for and engagement with the world beyond the classroom walls.I am actively-involved in a football coaching capacity, holding a FFA C Licence (B Diploma candidate) coaching in the FQAL sphere and within the Metropolitan West School Sport system. I have a passion for player and human development and look to connect the leadership and educational learnings with the players and teams I work alongside.
