Oversee all events at Chesapeake Energy Arena and Cox Convention Center. Events range from sporting events such as the Oklahoma City Thunder (NBA), Oklahoma City Barons (AHL), and OKC Blue (NBA-DL), NCAA Wrestling Championships, Big 12 Women's Basketball Championships, and NCAA Volleyball Championships to concerts (Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, Bruce Springsteen, etc.) and trade shows, large and small. Also includes events such as Monster Jam, Professional Bull Riding, Ringling Brothers Circus and NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament.

• Managed the events and coordinated the setup/tear down of the facility for all 72 annual home games and additional events, such as the Indiana High School Athletic Association Baseball State Finals, Indiana Children’s Wish Fund Celebrity Softball Game, four collegiate baseball games annually, numerous corporate and sponsor events, trade shows, concerts, and various 2012 Super Bowl events.• Successfully managed and reconciled 17 operations and facilities accounts totaling approximately $1,000,000 annually. • Supervised all facets of the stadium’s cleaning program including: execution, budget control, product inventories, and managing full-time and seasonal staff.• Developed and lead implementation of “The Perfect Pitch” Recycling program which significantly reduced the amount of solid waste generated by the ballpark throughout the season; produced sponsorship and marketing opportunities; and garnered an award from the City of Indianapolis Office of Sustainability.• Assisted in managing construction projects of a new outdoor bar, a new conference room on the suite level, and the expansion of a walk-up counter merchandise stand to a full-size merchandise store on the main concourse.• Managed all aspects of stadium signage – from simple directional signage to large, high-profile signage on the new left field bar and all sponsorship signage opportunities.• Maintained Victory Field as a secure facility including stadium lock up, personally addressing security breaches and documenting resolutions, and managing access to the alarm system. • Managed and supervised all aspects of the game day employee program, including recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating over 275 game-day staff members.• Organized and executed an annual fire safety course along with CPR and first aid training for the full-time staff.• Responsible for developing, editing, updating, and printing the Fan Information Guide, Employee Manual, and Indians’ Emergency Plan.

• Maintained a safe atmosphere at Purdue University’s most popular bar, including ensuring that all patrons were of legal age and keeping two bars fully stocked.
