After leaving school, I worked for a couple of years as a computer programmer but then left the industry. I have spent since then managing a number of Betting Shops but now wish to return to my passion and take a career in coding/Web Development.Having decided on a career change, I dedicated my time to self-teaching, working through a number of courses and am now competent in HTML/CSS/Javascript and currently learning React.JS as well as Node.JS/Express.JS for some Back-End processes. I am looking to constantly evolve and learn new technologies that become available, keeping myself updated on a daily basis with future trends in technology, and I am willing and enthusiastic to learn any languages/frameworks that any role may require.I consider myself a good problem solver, able to think through situations in a logical and calm manner. Having a background in Management, I also consider myself to have excellent skills in working with others in a team environment.I also have some experience in Git/GitHub/Version Control/api's/databases and have a good understanding of general computer science theory.
