Responsible for a site employing 50 staff, ensuring the warehouse operation runs smoothly with schedules being achieved relating to all incoming and outgoing orders, achieving an average accuracy level of 99.8% on the site. Dealing with senior management, creating and completing reports, working with customers and auditors and overseeing the Inventory and Warranty returns depts. I work closely with internal and external depts throughout the company in the UK, Europe and the US, building up good relationships througout. Heading up small teams tasked with implementing operations into newly acquired sites across Europe and the UK.

Coleshill, Warwickshire

Overseeing busy Inventory departments across sites in three European countries and responsible for up to £150m of stock, ensuring the physical inventory levels were accurate to system, arranging and implementing cycle counts and stock takes and accommodating various internal and external audits. Dealing with KPIs, continuous improvement, staff training and monthly budget reports. Running alongside the managing of a computer build dept completing bespoke computer system and rack builds for high profile customers both nationally and internationally.
