In the summer of 2019, I decided to take a leap of faith and radically alter my career path after more than a decade as a professional photographer. I eventually landed at Poretta & Orr. While working in this position, I was responsible for/achieved the following...-Cross-checked all incoming graphic artwork for exhibition materials to ensure that specific requirements were met for proper sizing and color-space reproduction. Created numerous custom artwork templates and graphics maps for in-house project managers, as well as external design teams.-Sourced, developed, and maintained relationships with tradeshow industry vendors throughout the country in order to fulfill my client’s exhibition material needs. The majority of these vendors focused heavily on portable products, fabric structures, and large-format graphics.-Re-designed and updated product information slide decks for distribution to prospective and current clients. Created a comprehensive product-pricing spreadsheet that delivered consistent information to multiple in-house departments. Provided financial analysis in order to maintain alignment between company expenses and client’s budget expectations.-Utilized project-management software to create a meticulous system to track and maintain dozens of simultaneous time-sensitive projects from initial assignment until final delivery.

-Served as a principle photographer that covered a multitude of unique subjects, locations, and lighting conditions. -Provided extensive photo editing/processing, retouching, graphics design, and product design/implementation.-Managed image database and archive. Executed high-volume data entry to facilitate timely product delivery to clients. Oversaw company wide quality-control, as well as daily/seasonal revenue and data tracking.-Cultivated, expanded, and retained client base in order to establish and preserve positive long-term working relationships. Coordinated the management and organization of shooting schedules throughout the year. Delivered exemplary customer service in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.

As manager of the Photo Lab, I was responsible for all daily operations of the the lab. These included developing and printing negatives and digital files, weekly machine maintenance, inventory tracking, bookkeeping, and supervision of other lab associates.
