Responsible for daily activity of Team Member Relations staff of 18 including maintenance of union-free operating system, team member engagement activities, policy administration including corrective action, legal compliance, team member communication, human resources support for near site suppliers, team member opinion survey administration, action planning, and countermeasure implementation, and attendance/leave policies administration.

Dedicated human resources business partner to certain parts and component and logistics suppliers with strategic impact to North American Manufacturing Centers (NAMCs). Develop and deliver training and human resources generalist support to suppliers and NAMCs. Successfully lead 7 pro-company (union avoidance) campaigns with suppliers and NAMCs.

Responsible for collective bargaining agreement administration for 1,200 employee United Steelworkers' represented facility. Managed all steps of grievance procedure including arbitrations and lead spokesperson for non-economic contract negotiations. Managed hiring, compensation and benefits administration for hourly workforce.

Responsible for entire Human Resources function for 150 employee manufacturing plant to include recruiting and staffing, safety and workers' compensation, compensation and benefits, training and development, policy administration, and union avoidance activities.

Three year rotational training program that included assignments in union, union free, and corporate headquarters assignments. Assignments included seven months as 2nd shift production supervisor with 35 direct reports.
