I am a native of Asheville, NC. Having lived here for most of my life and then moving away to Minnesota for 10 years, I have gained a unique perspective on my love for Western NC. As much as I treasured my time in Minnesota lake country, I always had a yearning to return to my roots in Asheville. I feel so fortunate to have spent the last 20 plus years in these beautiful mountains.My wife and college aged son routinely enjoy taking our golden retriever hiking the vast array of trails in WNC. We also enjoy biking and occasionally taking in a round of golf. Our most anticipated time spent is taking our boat out on the beautiful area mountain lakes.One will often catch us eating dinner out at one of the many cafes in downtown Asheville or Main Street Hendersonville. We never tire of taking Sunday afternoon drives to Lake Lure or up the mountain to Pisgah Forest.My family's involvement in our local church and my participation in various non-profit groups such as Eblen Charities, Lewis Rathbun Wellness Center (prior board member) and Downtown Asheville Rotary demonstrate the commitment and dedication I have to our community.In my career, I truly enjoy assisting folks in the process of purchasing a new home or selling their existing home.Prior to my career in Real Estate, I spent many years in the financial services industry. I have over 20 years of experience in insurance/financial services and retail/business banking. Through this experience, I have developed a thorough understanding of how to help people with some of the most important financial decisions of their lives.I have particularly enjoyed the personal and business relationships I have developed over the years in my career here in the Asheville area. Strong relationships are key in any business and I am eager to continue to provide top level personal service for my real estate clients and establish lifelong friendships through the process.
