Work with all areas and departments of a large park district to gain full understanding of what it takes to operate at a high level. Attend meetings regarding day-to-day activities and future plans of the park district. Work directly under the Pavilion Fitness Center general manager and shadow her throughout the day. Attend camp overnights to the Wisconsin Dells. Assist all departments with various tasks as needed.

Supervise and manage three camp counselors and 25 kids ages 10-11 during summer long sports camp. Ensure all counselors stay on task. Create day-to-day agenda to assure all kids remain active and have fun. Organize weekly field trips. Demonstrate leadership and good attitude while participating in sports.

Coordinate all front desk employees to ensure each guest is seated within a reasonable amount of time. Coordinate seating chart of restaurant during weekend rushes. Greet each guest upon arrival and provide a warm welcoming first impression. Seat guests while making conversation.
