I have over 20 years of experience within the Telecoms and I.T industry, working in varied roles from front line to senior management positions.I embrace frameworks/ methodologies that enable structure and governance, due to previous experience of practical applications of ITIL and Prince 2 models and more recently agile.I love the fact that there is a constant stream of new technology enabling an easier life and that within the ever increasing converged realm of I.T and Communications, technology is dealing with the pointy end of delivery…end user experience and simplification of use.Technology needn't be complicated. Whilst I have worked in a world dominated by three letter acronyms, I like to take the complicated and turn it into something that pretty much anyone can digest.I thrive on building team morale whilst mentoring those around me to lever the best possible performance and ultimately build a healthy work place of positively charged people.
