Current• Implemented security measures to resolve data loss vulnerabilities, mitigate risk, and recommend security changes or system components as needed. • Collaborate with IT and business units on security and project related issues in one or more IT functional areas such as data, systems, network, and/or applications across the enterprise.• Responsible for the administration, development, maintenance, and support of the organization’s technical infrastructure including hardware and software, undertaking incident response, threat, and vulnerability management, logging and monitoring, technical assurance, and compliance monitoring activities. • Monitored the risk management of information assets by performing threat and risk scans as well as assessments for various platforms, applications, and cloud services, as well as providing guidance on security controls for risk treatment.• Responded appropriately to requests for computing support or incidents from customers and referred to management for any unresolvable issues with recommendations for appropriate solutions whilst providing incident and problem management support for the infrastructure environment.
