Having first started as a boiler maker then chargehand and finally being promoted to MTL my main scope and job roles are:>Currently managing a workforce ensuring that they adhere to the regulations and procedures working on a Tier 1 Comah site.>Coordination of the core pipefitting and sheet metal work teams controlling and delegating labour in a safe, economic and efficient manner, ensuring timesheets are recorded accurately.>Writing permits for maintenance activities ensuring they are in place as well as all engineering materials, tools and PPE for start of shifts>Making sure that process engineering procedure (PEP's), risk assessments and method statements are understood and adhered to, and that care worksheets are completed to a satisfactory standard by those in my charge.>Prepare key engineering materials via SAP system developing work orders for both maintenance and emergency response requirements
