Pawtucket, RI 2002 – 2023Sr. Technical Analyst • Collaborated with ABAP Developers on a variety of programming tasks in the SAP system and the UNIX world. • Wrote all of the interfaces between SAP and ADP after Payroll outsourced to ADP. Wrote all the interfaces between SAP ECC 6.0 and Success Factors. • Designed inbound/outbound interfaces including BDC programming by coordinating with vendors to come up with specifications for Hasbro. Managed communications and scheduling between Hasbro and vendors to run Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly or adhoc. • Wrote UNIX scripts for the ABAP Programmers, which were used in all of the interface programs for many years. These were the UNIX scripts that were responsible for taking the files that were created in SAP, Encrypting the files and FTP’ng the files out to Vendor systems. • Designed HR/Payroll Implementation for Inbound Conversion programs, Inbound and Outbound interfaces, Reporting, Form Design, and custom database table creation(s). Primary role was Maintenance, Support, and Development for the HR/Payroll system with secondary support for the SD, MM, and FI modules as well. • Revamped existing BSP application for use by the US and European clients. • Created the company’s first Adobe Form after attending SAP training for Adobe Interactive forms. Created the first Adobe Off-line Interactive form. • Learned Zebra Programming Language for support and new development of Zebra-based labels and created labels for Printronix printers using their proprietary language. • Worked on a project to go live with Success Factors that replaced the previous HR/MSS Portal, creating all inbound and outbound interfaces used to send data between SAP and Success Factors. • Developed a dozen unique Web Services in SAP to be consumed by external systems
