Led a Division of 40 people for AMC A6's Air Force Forces (AFFOR) dealing with contingency and operational planning, Cyber Defense Correlation Cell (CDCC), and MAJCOM Communication Coordination Cell (MCCC). This division led the coordination efforts for high-visibility cyber issues between the MAJCOM and 16th Air Force, ensuring the issue was articulated on the Top 5 MAJCOM issues with clear impact to the warfighter for 16 AF's immediate action. Provided advocacy for AMC Wing Communication Squadrons regarding AFNET and network program issues. Provided cyber support for AMC ad hoc and deliberate planning teams regarding operational planning and movement for Mobility Air Force forces. Provided computer network forensic response for AMC major weapon systems returning the systems to mission effective within the least amount of time and disruption.

Mod Corsham, United Kingdom

Liaison for Secretary of Defense within DISA to the United Kingdom's Ministry of Defence to directly negotiate the design, process, and cost to interconnect the US and UK military networks enabling 225K+ users world-wide. This allowed both defense departments to utilize each other's network to achieve effects for their warfighters. Implemented sharing of cybersecurity information between nations to bolster both nation's cybersecurity posture. Negotiated with top UK and US cyber senior leadership within DoD, DISA, and UK Ministry of Defence to maximize the burden sharing between the networks. Briefed reconciled costs annually to senior leadership.

Pentagon, D.C.

Led a division for the Cybersecurity policy and phishing efforts for the HAF. Directly interfaced with the Chief Information Security Officer daily to drive innovative cybersecurity efforts in the Air Force. Wrote the AF-wide policy for Cybersecurity. Led the annual Cyber Security Awareness Month (CSAM) program; coordinated with DoD and partners to align awareness efforts, and authored/published roadmap for all Air Force Wings to follow.

Al Udeid, Qatar

Led a Deployed Directorate of 40+ people at Al Udeid, Qatar to implement the objectives and tasks outlined by the AFCENT A6 at Shaw AFB. Drove Engineering Installation efforts across the Middle East, and managed the day-to-day operations for 35+ deployed communications kits implemented across the greater Middle East. In collaboration with the Operations Directorate, responded to outages and replaced parts to TPS-75 connectivity to provide Kingpin the consolidated air picture for the deployed AFCENT area.

Lead Branch of 7 personnel that dealt with Risk Management Framework (RMF) across the Air Force. Managed oversight for eMASS, DoD's authoritative database for all program's authorization paperwork. Author AF-wide policy on RMF for the Air Force. Provided cybersecurity threat analysis for equipment in-use or potentially purchases for the Air Force.

Led a squadron of 223 people for software development using the Agile process, IT network management for AMC's Mobility Air Force (MAF) Command and Control (C2) critical mission systems, and the cybersecurity management for software development (in harmony with AFNIC/CCC standardized process). Managed $195K AMC-wide web hosting service. Oversight for $41M contract for MAF C2 systems. Managed the cybersecurity scanning for the MAF C2 systems and developing management metrics for AMC senior leadership for weekly briefs. Managed DISA CCRI inspection.

Altus Afb, Oklahoma

Led a squadron of 77 Airmen for AETC's training base that saw 100s of students rotate through for requalification training on C-17, KC-135, and boom training. Managed a $1.1M annual budget and captured an additional $2.7M of the available $10M for IT network modernization. Coordinated with the training house to enable the Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) implementation for 1,600 student training annually. Developed long-range planning for base IT network infrastructure. Manage DISA CCRI inspection.

Wright-Patterson Afb, Ohio

Masters Degree in Cyber Warfare Degree. Classes focused on cyber attack, cyber defense, DoDIN operations, and forensics. Led team for live exercise to engineer and defend an IT network against the attacks from the NSA red team (CDX exercise).

Mcconnell Afb, Kansas

Led the Operations Flight (SCB) at the McConnell AFB Comm Squadron. Led the COMSEC management, IT infrastructure, and configuration management for the McConnell AFB network (AFNET did not exists yet). Led a flight for Theater Deployable Communications with equipment and Airmen trained to deploy within 24 hours to provide an open the air base concept. Worked for the Maintenance Group Commander as his Executive Offcer, working closely with him on a daily basis.
