I lead a team of professionals that organize, train, and equip AMC's Wings to move people, cargo, patients, and fuel world-wide.I am providing leadership and strategic planning for AMC computer network infrastructure focusing on customer success at AMC Wings. Lobbies to Headquarters ACC and HAF for AMC policy, programs, and funding to develop, innovate, and mature priorities to achieve the highest efficiency and effectiveness. We remain connected regularly with AMC Wings to understand their pain points to translate this to Senior Leadership to drive support. The whole team synthesizes cutting edge technology with current issues to define a long-range plan to optimize mission success. Customer success is my forte. Quickly solving complex issues is an everyday task. I am the Internet Service Provider (ISP) for POTUS, VPOTUS, SecDef, SecState, and other top leaders for our country. We operate a complex network infrastructure enclave using satellite service to connect our nation's top leaders to a secure network.
