  Diagnose vehicles via scanner/checking electrical/fluid/ test driving, Speak with customers about issues they are having with the vehicle. remove/replace transmission or parts same with differential rebuild/replace to factory specs. or better. Order parts, run parts, Clean parts, Clean after every job and organize tools for the next. Train employee's teaching them about the tools and shop to expedite the job and be there for any question or help they needed. fix or replace broken shop equipment. show up early stay late when someone was broke down out of town to help get them back on the road in a safe timely manner. Help in office when busy take calls, make calls, payments, parts exc.
