This included all aspects ranging from requirements and conceptual design; mechanical, electrical, and software design; regulatory compliance; and mass production. These products ranged from Point-of-Sale terminals, to door access, to payment kiosks, and many specialty devices, primarily for the higher education market.Experience designing systems for the Higher Education market that managed financial transactions and simplified student life by replacing keys, money, and tickets on campus with a single credential. Allows students/staff to buy their meal, check out books, access a lab, confirm attendance, and attend sporting events with ease. Designed a wide variety of terminals, some were based on standard off-the-shelf hardware, but many were custom created.
