Duties included Data Entry, 10 Key and filing. Use of Tariff Numbers when needed to input data into company’s AS400 system. MS Office, including MS Word and MS Excel was used for related purposes when filing claims thru the U.S. Customs Service. Conversion of currency was used to determine U.S. dollar amount for inputting correct data into company database.

Experiences include being responsible for managing a team of 6+ employees. Additional duties included Packaging, Copies, Faxing, and Phone plus other duties as assigned. Shipping companies used were maintaining proper logs for UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, and Airborne. Closing of the Register as well as daily auditing of the store register as well as bookkeeping and daily bank deposits. Provided computer skills for larger jobs such as graphics, resumes, presentations as well as data entry, business letters and business cards.
