With over 27 years of employee benefit consulting experience, he uses his extensive knowledge of employee benefits and industry trends to design custom solutions to meet client objectives and budgetary constraints. Steve excels in structuring plans, conducting program analysis, and leveraging resources to advise cutting edge strategies for his clients. Steve’s responsibilities for clients include overall account management, strategic planning, plan design, forecasting, and data analytics. Steve has served on the board of Prevail since 2013. During his time on the board he has served on the executive team and is currently the secretary for the Prevail Foundation. Married, with two teenage daughters, he enjoys spending time with family, participating in triathlons and snow skiing.
