Got my bachelor and master degree in IT and Financial related major. Having 4 years US working experience and 2 years working experience in Shanghai. I worked as quantitative analysis developer and Project Manager before. After I finish my master degree, I stayed in US, mainly develop quantitative financial software, took part in different IT financial program. After two years as program developer, I change my career path to be a Project Manager. Responsible for project planning, implement process, project acceptance, product publish, operation process and so on, the whole project management process. Myself have a good understanding of all financial concepts and different program languages, strong financial analysis and big data analysis abilities. Familiar with all the IT framework, back-end and front-end design. Having good project management skills, manage and implement different projects in both US and China. Including fields in securities, insurance, banking and tech companies.Myself have strong language and communication skills, having plenty experience communicate with clients, strong team working spirit and manage skills. Good at coordinate the relation between team members and clients during the whole process of project. I used to manage project which have over 40 team members. I can get use to the new working environment at a short time, have strong sense of responsibility and dedication. Have great analysis ability, strong learning ability, enjoying absorbing new knowledge, explore new tech. Handle high pressure work.
