Main responsibilities include:Set up the Masetr Project Schedule Control the Project budgetMonitor all subcontractors and ensure the quality and safety of the site Well communicate with the PM company & owner and maintain relationship.On-site issue and problems resolving Coordinate with the nominated vendor by the clientsCommunicate with the government authorities for all licensing & permiting submissions and site inspectionProject References: Bosch Asia Headquarter R&D Center (Located in Shanghai 70,000 square meters) Zhonghui Investment Ltd. (Located in Hangzhou, 5,200 square meters)Adidas Brand Center. (Located in Shanghai, 4,800 square meters) HP Headquarter & R&D Center (Located in Shanghai, 20,000 square meters)

Manage and control of project department, organise teams working schedule. Control external, interior and MEP work quality, working with deference trade and department, coordintor with design team working schedule.
