While working in the tool building side of the industry for over 5 years, I also served as an MREP (Management Systems Rep) for obtaining a ISO9001:2015 certification. I served as not only the Internal Auditor but the main point of contact for External auditors. I realized my strength and passion was not in the new tool builds, but instead in the component, repair and service side of the business. The faster pace, quicker turnaround and the need for continuous hunting feeds my desire to compete and serve our customer. On the repair side there is much more of a partnership and relationship feel as we work together to create winning solutions that get the job done right and on time.
