The independence of non-executive is critical in ensuring a level of scrutiny and accountability in the management of both businesses. In the case of EA Technology I also Chair their Remuneration Committee.Having begun my professional life as a Solicitor progressing to Managing Partner I also continue as an owner of Hillyer McKeown. Naturally Board level roles are both challenging and varied and demand a broad level of expertise and interest.
