A dedicated, organised and highly motivated IT professional with extensive technical experience, gained over 20 years in business critical management and support roles, Combining people management, customer service, technical acumen, vendor negotiation and business understanding to deliver and manage diverse technology environments, I have worked in both office and digital press environments and have a very flexible and can do work ethic, and never phased by new technologies or cross training on different brands of MFDs.I have completed manufacture training and have over 20 years experience working on Canon, Ricoh, Sharp and Toshiba MFD's from small desktop to production print, as well as Solutions such as Drivve, Papercut and Uniflow. I also have extensive knowledge of EFI colour servers, extensive experience with networking, upgrading, fault finding, servicing, installations and training clients. I was made redundant from my previous role, and I am now looking for new opportunities to learn new skills and share my extensive experience and knowledge.
