Responsibilities included managing the HCEM (Construction Manager) design and tender stage development, evaluation to contractor appointment, design and construction • Designed and implemented ‘Methodology Technical Narrative’ encompassing design and installation sequencing, programmes, access requirements which formed part of the tender process• Reviewing and assessing trade contractors tender documents, including; method statements, programmes, design concepts, installation sequence, health and safety• Managing trade contractors, client design teams and consultants throughout design processes to installation• Assisted contractors and consultants from award to installation with materials and relevant documents to avoid delays with material procurement and achieved installation start as baseline programme

Producing weekly and monthly reports to the Client highlighting problematic issues and suggesting resolutions.
