I do that by looking at these wider business issues to understand the businesses’ performance goals, their approach to the people they employ and wish to attract, their views on how they see their people working to the best of their ability and the type of places they would like to work in. To compliment and stimulate these conversations I introduce independent industry evidence-based research, knowledge and other specialists, where appropriate, to provoke thought, insight and debate to help with the review process. This approach will enable us to collectively generate a strategy to set out how best the workforce can deliver the objectives of the business, centred around how and where they work. This will in turn determine the profile of their property requirement. The building and architectural design offer is not unique, but the people are.
